At Ian Waterfall Consultancy, we provide expert consulting services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Since December 2022 our experienced team has delivered innovative solutions at the forefront of MEP design and construction. We believe our passion for creativity and ability to overcome any challenge is why we have become a pivotal partner for our clients and their development and delivery teams.
Our story
Over 30 years of industry experience and a wealth of contacts and clients encouraged us to launch our consulting business. Its amazing what opportunities have come our way, now we are no longer constrained by one area of business or working solely as an employees.
This freedom has been reflected in our work, which has encouraged both clients and partners to ask “Will you help us with…?”, “Would you be able to support…?”, “How would improve this scheme, can we have your advice?”
Our approach to sharing knowledge and supporting our clients has proved rewarding and our business continues to grow alongside with each design and solution we provide.
