Our team were intrinsic to design and delivery of the MEP services for the remodelling and refurbishment of front of house, bar and restaurant areas at Mercure Hotel Earls Court. Working closely with the hotel management team we have support the refurbishment of all 502 guestrooms and floor areas.

A postcode full of history. The site of Henry VIII wardrobe of all places. Its been a pleasure to add our mark to that history designing and delivering new air conditioning and updating all existing MEP service for these 90 serviced apartments at Wardrobe Court St Paul's.

Over 1,000 apartments delivered over 10 years, require in-depth service and maintenance. Our expertise has been utilised to assist the Developer in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of these apartments and their communal services for many years to come.

Another historical adventure with Henry VIII and the inspiration for one of our best known play writes. Carrying out MEP assessment and recommendations in the beautiful surrounding of The Elvetham Hotel was inspiring to us. Helping to delivery the transformation of 18th Century St Mary's Church back to its former glory a far cry from the 1970's squash court that marred its recent history.

Fast paced design to deliver 24 new bed ward. Using latest air source heat pump technology. We worked closely with a long-standing client to help their client deliver a much-needed ward extension to be able to expand their crucial care to more patients and providing them with much need comfort and respite.

Grade 1 listed building used as commercial offices for the past few decades. Acquired by our client and we embarked on the re-design of all MEP infrastructure and services to convert this depilated office into a fantastic modern, fully air conditioned, serviced apartments.
